Warranty

Bits Below Cost fully warrants all products against faulty materials and/or workmanship for a period of six months from date of original purchase receipt. In no event shall Bits Below Cost be liable for any other direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, costs or expenses.

The warranty does not apply when:

• The item has been abused or damaged by other than normal or recommended use.
• There are fractures due to hitting foreign bodies
• The product has worn at a normal rate.
• The product has been modified, repaired or serviced by a third party

Returns

Bits Below Cost reserves the right to inspect all products subject to warranty claims. All goods returned must be accompanied by a valid purchase receipt. All products returned for warranty claims must be forwarded to Bits Below Cost at the cost of the consumer. Warranty is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the tool.

NB. CARBITOOL (made in Australia) & CRAFTMASTER (made in New Zealand) Router Bits are quality products with very few if any quality issues being detected over the many years of production, we believe in our products offered for sale and will stand behind them in support.
